Jitjatjo is a Human-Powered labour platform and staffing marketplace.
An 'Uber for X' that began with the hospitality/facilities industry, connecting talent (chefs, bartenders, coat check, hosts, and more) with clients (stadiums, hotels, restaurants/bars, and more), offering each flexible work hours and contingent staffing respectively. Alongside the Flex app for talents and Ondemand mobile app for clients; it also provides access to enterprise clients seeking to manage a workforce of their own through Network, a SaaS product/service that allows access to its proprietary staffing platform, powered by machine learning, AI, and smart algorithms. Rebranding - Brand Book
As the company prepared to raise series-B funding, my role in Jitjatjo's rebranding exercise primarily involved ideating and co-managing the various creative agencies we have engaged to aid in this endeavour. Below follows a number of collaterals that I have designed with the revised brand guidelines, displayed below.
Furthermore, I also worked with the various departments to design the talent onboarding user experience via the mapping of their customer journey; from data such as Cost-per-Click in attributing organic and paid marketing spend, to blockers during talent onboarding, and even a holistic view of churn rate as it happens across each step of the onboarding funnel. My role in this team leaned towards management/planning of a digital marketing strategy, creating content for said marketing activities and design an e-learning course for newly-hired talent on the Articulate platform.
